We also wish we could FILL the label with stories and details about what makes each batch of hot sauce special. Sometimes it’s a special idea of pepper and ingredient mix. Sometimes it’s a pickling process or a fermentation step with the peppers. We try to grow as much as we can ourselves in Grand Ronde, Oregon, and all those details is what add up to what makes the sauce so good.
